3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current documentation
• Avoid submission of fraudulent or misleading materials
• Respond promptly to requests for information
• Follow provided guidance and instructions
• Refrain from contacting credit bureaus or creditors directly unless instructed

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds, if any, are discretionary and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks for completed work may result in immediate termination of services and may lead to collections activity.

5. No Guarantees

Service outcomes depend on individual credit history, creditor and bureau responses, and regulatory timelines. No guarantees of score changes, deletions, approvals, or results of any kind are offered.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Submit fraudulent documents or false identities
• Attempt identity manipulation, CPN usage, or misrepresentation
• Misuse systems, portals, or proprietary processes
• Threaten or harass staff or contractors
• Interfere with website or data security
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute company materials without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, processes, branding, and content produced by KeyPoint Credit Services are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

8. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the policies, security, functionality, or content of third-party credit monitoring platforms, scheduling systems, payment processors, or client portals.

9. Privacy

Your use of this page and our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

10. Limitation of Liability

KeyPoint Credit Services shall not be liable for decisions, delays, denials, or actions taken by credit bureaus, creditors, or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered.
